1. Agreement to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages and calls from 1-800-NO-FAULT (and our authorized service providers) to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) and may include marketing about our legal, safety, and marketing services for people involved in auto accidents, promotional offers (including voucher delivery), appointment reminders, and other information about our Services.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Message Frequency & Timing

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions and the promotions you join. You may receive multiple messages per month. Messages will be sent only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (recipient’s local time) unless you expressly request otherwise.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Please contact your mobile provider with questions about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to Opt Out / Cancel

You can opt out at any time:

  • Text STOP to +1 (305) 546-9162 to unsubscribe from all SMS messages.

  • After you text STOP you will receive one confirmation message. No further messages will be sent (except as required to confirm unsubscription).

  • To re-subscribe, follow the original signup process.

5. Transfer of Number / Changing Your Phone Number

If you change or transfer your mobile number, you must either: (a) reply STOP from your old number before transferring, (b) unsubscribe using the link provided in our messages (if available), or (c) notify us of the old number by emailing marketing@thenofaultgroup.com. You agree that notifying us is your responsibility to ensure accurate message delivery.

6. Use of Contact Information & Targeted Advertising

We may use the contact information you provide to: deliver messages and vouchers, verify eligibility for promotions, administer accounts, and to create anonymized or hashed audience segments for advertising on third-party platforms (e.g., to show relevant ads). We will not sell your phone number for third-party direct marketing without your consent.

7. Voucher Delivery (Example)

If you accept a promotion (for example, a complimentary Uber voucher), we may share the information necessary to deliver that voucher with our voucher fulfillment partners (e.g., Uber or a voucher vendor). Voucher terms and availability vary by promotion. Information used to issue vouchers will be retained only as necessary to deliver the voucher, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

8. Privacy & Data Retention

9. Changes to These Terms

We may change or terminate the messaging program, or update these Messaging Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. If you do not agree to any change, you should unsubscribe.

10. Liability & Disputes
